Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan College of Arts and Science for Women(Autonomous) maintains an exceptionally rich library in a combination of Departmental Libraries and Central library for the College.
DSCASW Library Service provides
- Stack & depository Services – Students have direct access to the stack, Text books in multiple copies and books in demand are also available, and rearrangement of stack is done daily.
- Reference Service – more than 4268 valuable, essential and important reference books are stacked. The reference sections are also divided into projects, back volume, department wise costly books, dictionaries and encyclopedias
- Reading halls - There are two reading halls in the central Library. One is in the Research Journal section, another one is in reference section. In this sections have two air-conditioned reading halls with 240 seating capacities
- Digital Library – There are 10 workstations in the digital section. They provide access to Digital Library. The Digital Library provides access to:

Please remember that you will need to provide photo identification and proof of address for registration purpose. You will be provided with a membership card, which you must bring with you each time you visit to gain access to the library and also scan your Library ID card while entering and leaving the Library. The card is also used when you need to photocopy and print.
